If you're reading this it means you already get it. Our city and club are some of the best places on the planet to prepare, race, relax, and repeat! As the Commodore of this fine club and former E22 sailor I can promise you from the time you bring your trailer through security to the time you hear the last finish horn you will be treated as our very special guests.
You'll come to find we designed our Malin Burnham Sailing Center downstairs classroom to be large enough to accommodate an Etchells Mainsail for measurement - how do you like that for pre-planning? The SDYC facilities will provide you every creature comfort you can imagine, from the weight-loss center saunas to the shower facilities at the end of racing each day. Our Race Committee volunteers love what they do and it will show. They'll deliver you start lines long enough to get you off at the gun and fair courses with legs long enough to provide plenty of passing lanes (should you need them!). Our great staff will greet you at the dock after racing with refreshments and refueling stations each afternoon.
